1. Test drives are available to individuals aged 18 and above who hold a valid driver’s license. You must present your driver’s license at the time of the test drive.
2. Test drive appointments are subject to availability. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your booking. Please note that the booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or call from us.
3. The specific models available for test drives may vary. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred model choice; however, availability is not guaranteed.
4. Test drives will take place at the Carmichael Ford Ayr Service and Parts Centre. Our staff member from Townsville will meet you at this location for your scheduled appointment.
5. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or adverse weather conditions.
6. During the test drive, you are responsible for complying with all traffic laws and driving regulations. Any fines or penalties incurred during the test drive will be your responsibility. You will be required to sign a test drive agreement before commencing the test drive.
7. By submitting the booking form, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the test drive. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Carmichael Ford reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
