2022 Ford Everest Teased

January 6, 2022

Ford has taken the wraps off the all-new Ranger, but details on the next-generation Everest have been scarce.

But with the company dropping a fresh teaser on the 2022 Ford Everest, we thought we’d go over what we expect will be offered with the new model when it’s revealed in early 2022.

When will the 2022 Ford Everest go on sale?

We expect Ford will reveal the Ford Everest in 2022.

Semiconductor and supply chain shortages may hinder availability, but Ford is confident it will have supply once the Ranger and Everest launch to cater for demand.

What will the 2022 Ford Everest look like?

Unsurprisingly, the front end of the Ford Everest will look very much like the Ranger. That means C-shaped LED daytime running lights and the availability of matrix LED headlights.

The lower fascia appears to be a little more stylised in comparison to the Range, presumably to look a bit more luxurious than the off-road focused Ranger.

Judging by the teaser video, the Everest will be available with a 360-degree camera with a camera located on the front, sides, and rear of the vehicle.

Speaking of the rear, Ford looks to have moved to LED tail lights and there appears to be a section of camouflage along the centre of the tailgate, which could house a side-to-side LED bar to help the Everest stand out at night.

The roof also features a panoramic glass sunroof to keep the kids entertained.

There wasn’t a look inside the cabin, but we’d expect it to feature the same 12-inch and 10.1-inch infotainment screen options. Both will be fitted with Sync4 and feature over-the-air updates of over 50 modules within the vehicle.
